Services are provided according to the scope of work agreed for each project or subscription.

You are responsible for the decisions you make based on the advice provided.

You agree not to misuse our services or use them for any unlawful activity.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the client's decisions.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued dealing with us means acceptance of the latest version.

We treat client information in strict confidence and never share our customer data with anyone.

We do our best to keep your data confidential, and we never sell or share client data with any party.

We keep the minimum data necessary to deliver the service and stay in touch with you. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your information, contact us immediately at sb@stockbasket.net.

This policy applies to all Stock Basket consulting services. Please read it carefully before subscribing.

Monthly retainers renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the same plan and price, unless canceled before the renewal date.

You may cancel a monthly retainer anytime by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and service continues until then. We do not offer refunds for incomplete subscription periods.

For one-time project packages, a full refund is available if you cancel before work begins; once work has started, completed work is billed accordingly.
